isn't always able to help - they may be working or they may live out of state. A lifetime of accumulation is difficult to downsize. We can work with you to help you determine what you will need in your new residence.
How do I sell and donate items ?
We work with auction houses, estate sales, and eBay vendors. Our goal is to maximize proceeds for you. Donating sometimes makes more financial sense tax-wise than selling. We work with many charitable organizations that will pick up items, or we arrange to have them delivered.
What about the rest of the stuff?
We coordinate trash removal, document shredding, cleaning services, etc. - so you don't have to worry about the details.
What about the packing and the moving?
We do all of the packing and coordinate the movers. In your new home - we unpack, resettle, remove all the empty boxes amd packing materials, hang pictures, and even make the bed!
How much will this cost ?
We provide a complimentary, no obligation in-home estimate. After an initial set up fee, our service charge is $50 per hour. Our clients RAVE that it is the best money they have ever spent. Most say they don't know how they could have made their move without us. |
