Builder Services

At Solaris Real Estate Group, our Builder Services Division serves residential and commercial builders, developers and investors. We are continuously on the lookout for properties throughout the Seattle Real Estate area, which include vacant land, teardown structures, as well as properties slated for re-zoning by their respective city or county.

Once we have identified a particular Seattle Real Estate property, we begin the due diligence process. As a builder or developer, you can expect us to be educated about a property that we identify as an investment potential. We are in constant communication with the Seattle Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as well as similar departments in other cities and counties in the Puget Sound region. We are aware of environmental restrictions, zoning laws and restrictions, height restrictions, clouds on title, encumbrances, etc.

For commercial property developments, Solaris Real Estate has its own counsel to help perform due diligence and as much preliminary background work as possible, in order to minimize your time as a builder, developer or investor, and to maximize your profit.

We are active members of the Master Builders Association and are proud to be active participants in the growing community of Sustainable Building Design & Development.
